Only approved apps run
Choose the applications each team may use. Anything else is reported, or closed, depending on the policy you set.
Desktop app for Windows
VaultDesk keeps work on the applications you approve. You decide what is allowed in the portal; the desktop app applies it on each PC, marks every work window, and reports back what it sees.

What it does
VaultDesk has two halves: a small app on each PC, and the web portal that tells it what to do.
Choose the applications each team may use. Anything else is reported, or closed, depending on the policy you set.
Every approved window gets a coloured frame, so it is clear at a glance, and on a screen share, what is inside the workspace.
Applications, policies and devices are set in the web portal. Changes reach each PC in about a minute, with nothing to reinstall.
See which PCs are online, which policy each one follows, and whether protection is running right now.
Blocked applications, policy changes, and protection starting or stopping are recorded and sent to the portal.
New versions download in the background. VaultDesk asks before installing, takes a few seconds, and reopens by itself.
How it works
No servers to run and nothing to open on your network. Each PC reaches out to the portal; the portal never reaches in.
In the portal, pick the policy a PC should follow and create a short code for it. Codes expire and work a limited number of times.
On the PC, install VaultDesk, open it, and enter the code. That one step ties the PC to your workspace.
The policy arrives within a minute. Approved apps are framed, everything else follows your rules, and the PC shows up in the portal.
Install
The first install on a PC takes one command. After that, VaultDesk downloads new versions by itself and asks you to install them.

On a PC that already trusts the VaultDesk certificate, the package installs with a double-click. This link always fetches the newest version.
